Procurement Graduate Program
The next Procurement Graduate Program will start in October 2026.
This newly launched program is a strategic initiative to build the future procurement talent pipeline across EMEA. The role will be based in Prague, Czech Republic, followed by two international rotations across Amcor facilities in Europe.
Co budeš dělat
- Support sourcing, supplier management, and RFP activities across EMEA, including data collection, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation
- Contribute to procurement excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across digitalization, SRM, sustainability, and training projects
- Analyze procurement and operational data to support decision-making, demand management, and TCO optimization initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional and international projects, collaborating closely with sites, regional teams, and business stakeholders
- Support digital procurement transformation initiatives, including automation, AI-enabled analytics, and data-driven decision making
- Challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, savings sustainability, and operational performance
Koho hledáme
- Proof of academic achievements in your selected field
- First internship or work experience, ideally working in the complex, international environment within any roles connected with data, analytics, purchasing, supplier contact management etc
- Interest in procurement, operations, analytics, or supply chain
- MS office advanced knowledge including Excel expertise requested , Power BI skills
- Interest and practical usage of AI tools , some programming understanding (e.g. Python) as an advantage
- Fluency in English . French, German or Polish as an advantage
- Problem solving capabilities with strong analytical skills
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
- Good listening skills & confidence to negotiate & influence

- Curious mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo
- First international study or work experience as a big plus
- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
- Permanent work permit in the EU and ability to be relocated across Europe without any restrictions
