We are looking for a Process Manager who will help build clear, efficient, and scalable business processes across the company. This role is ideal for someone who can see the bigger picture, identify operational gaps, and transform fragmented workflows into structured and sustainable systems.
The main goal of the role is to ensure stable and efficient team operations through the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of internal business processes.

- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards and processes across teams
- Create and maintain process documentation, regulations, guidelines, and internal instructions
- Monitor process compliance and track the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Coordinate collaboration between different departments and stakeholders
- Lead and support internal automation and operational optimization initiatives
- Prepare reports, operational metrics, and recommendations for leadership
- Support change management processes and help teams adapt to new workflows and operational standards
Koho hledáme
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Operations Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar operational role
- Hands-on experience in business process mapping, optimization, and operational improvement
- Strong understanding of process management principles and operational efficiency
- Experience with process visualization and project management tools
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English level B1+ for working with documentation and internal communication
