We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
Co budeš dělat
- Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor pricing performance, analyse outcomes, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Lead annual pricing refreshes, including cost updates, overheads, target margins, and pricebook revisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital pricing tools, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement.
- Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of pricing data, business logic, and cost inputs.
- Conduct research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Shape commercial deal strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and value-driven pricing for key opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and analyse programme metrics and cost models to support strategic decisions.

- Proficient in pricing tools, databases, and models, with experience supporting pricing operations.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledgeable in service-industry pricing practices, financial structures, and market dynamics.
- Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Adept at project management and end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives.
- Possessing advanced expertise in competitive analysis, market intelligence, and pricing strategy development.
- Holding 8+ years of experience in global organisations and virtual team environments.
- Educated to a bachelor’s degree level in business or telecommunications; MBA or similar qualification is desirable.
- Highly proficient in advanced Excel for complex data and modelling requirements.
