We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and service-oriented Personal Assistant to Partner who will provide day-to-day support to senior leadership and help ensure smooth team operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a high level of discretion, flexibility and ownership.

- Ensure seamless coordination of the Partner’s calendar, including the effective scheduling of meetings, calls and shifting priorities
- Provide high-quality mailbox management support through communication prioritization, timely follow-up and efficient coordination of day-to-day correspondence
- Coordinate approvals to ensure timely review and sign-off of requests and documents
- Maintain the Partner’s timesheet and support related administrative processes
- Arrange travel, including itineraries, registrations and related coordination
- Provide support with presentation updates, formatting and preparation of materials
- Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational and administrative needs
- Coordinate business travel bookings and process related expense claims
- Support purchasing activities, including purchase orders, requisitions and invoice processing
- Manage engagement letters for the team, including coordination of signatures and archiving
- Provide office management support, including ordering supplies and coordinating practical office needs
- Support onboarding for new joiners and maintain related team administration
- Arrange team meetings and support meeting logistics, including rooms, refreshments and coordination
