Job Description: WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a People Relations Partner, you will support the business by delivering consistent, compliant, and people‑centric People Relations practices. You will guide leaders, manage employee cases, uphold labor law standards, and strengthen a safe, fair, and engaging workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Czech, consisting of Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary.

- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and collective agreements, securing fair and compliant People Relations practices.
- Advise leaders on labor law, work environment, wellbeing, and case management, ensuring sound, consistent decision-making.
- Manage and support complex employee cases, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and illness‑related matters.
- Build constructive relationships with employee representatives, works councils, and unions, fostering a positive employee relations climate.
- Partner with business leaders and People team to deliver People Relations strategies that balance global direction with local needs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to secure a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace that promotes wellbeing and engagement.
- Facilitate training for people leaders on labor relations, health & safety, and employee engagement, enabling confident and compliant leadership.
- Lead or contribute to local and Sales Market initiatives requiring PR expertise, supporting change, transition, and capability‑building.
- Drive consistent use of grievance mechanisms, tools, and processes that secure fairness and transparency.
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in People Relations, Labor Relations, or HR partnering, ideally with experience managing complex employee cases.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, collective bargaining, health & safety regulations, and their application to daily business decisions.
- Ability to provide clear, practical, and confident advisory support to leaders in sensitive, high‑stakes situations.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in navigating risks, documentation, and case‑related data.
- Experience building relationships with employee representatives, unions, or works councils is a strong plus.
- A strong command of English to enable effective communication in an international environment.
- University degree in HR, Labor Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Trust‑building advisors with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident, calm, and sound in judgment, even when navigating complexity or conflict.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable balancing global standards with local realities.
