Co budeš dělat
- Process payroll cases, provide appropriate resolutions, and act as the first escalation point for operating teams
- Produce timely and accurate payroll in accordance with SD Worx processes, standards, and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in testing and validation related to system updates and configuration changes (e.g., new wage types)
- Support system implementations, including testing phases, parallel processing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in line with SD Worx best practices
- Maintain daily communication with client-designated contacts to ensure effective payroll processing
- Communicate with external parties, such as tax authorities and benefit providers, when required
- Process Year-End activities and generate statutory year-end reports
- Ensure that global and local process standards are understood, implemented, and followed by country teams, while accommodating client-specific requirements
Koho hledáme
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, including but not limited to:
Continuous payroll through payroll control centre
Garnishments
Payroll policies and controls
Compliance controls
Payment releases and reporting to local authorities
- Experience with SAP Payroll
- Ability to work under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on improving HR processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and the local language
