About the role
This role is all about growing SISW’s footprint in Central and Eastern Europe by working through our partner ecosystem. Our Partner Sales Executives focus on helping partners bring Siemens Xcelerator solutions into new organisations and new conversations.
As a Partner Sales Executive, you will play a quota-carrying role, combining partner sales enablement with new pipeline generation and closing deals. You will work closely with partners to build stronger pipeline through joint prospecting, co‑selling and partner‑led customer engagements. You are expected to support joint go‑to‑market activity such as campaigns, events and targeted growth initiatives in your focus industries.
You will focus on growing business across small to mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as key strategic accounts, helping customers in industries such as aerospace, defence, industrial machinery, achieve real business outcomes.
You will be responsible for selling the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, including our PLM and simulation solutions, helping customers leverage digital twin technology to connect the real and digital worlds and drive innovation acros

- Drive revenue growth through a quota-carrying role, leveraging partner ecosystem
- Coach and enable partners to improve sales capability, pipeline generation, and deal campaigns execution, acting as a trusted advisor and sales leader
- Identify and close opportunities within SME and mid-market customers, alongside key strategic accounts
- Apply value-based selling techniques to articulate business outcomes and differentiate solutions
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to co-sell and accelerate deal closure
Koho hledáme
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales within a quota-carrying environment, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and closing revenue
- Experience working with partners or leading/coaching sales teams, with the credibility to influence and guide without direct authority
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to apply value-based selling and clearly articulate business outcomes to customers
- Background selling enterprise-level solutions into industrial sectors such as aerospace, defence, manufacturing, or heavy machinery
- Experience engaging SME and mid-market customers, balancing partner-driven and direct sales motions
- Familiarity with modern SaaS, AI-enabled or digital solutions, alongside structured sales processes and CRM tools
