Co budeš dělat
- To identify, recruit and develop veterinary clinics to deliver agreed lead generation and sales goals
- Once ‘active’, to manage veterinary clinics to maintain consistent sales performance
- To support veterinary clinics to ensure the efficient processing and payment of claims.
- Efficiently plan call cycles, structured with booked in-person and virtual appointments, well-prepared agendas and presentations, and clear, objective clinic goals and deliverables
- Participate in team meetings reporting objectively on clinic and territory performance, and providing balanced sector and market intelligence to help shape Trupanion’s strategic and tactical decisions
- Identify and develop at least one main contact in each veterinary clinic responsible for pet insurance activities
- Ensure call, appointment, and notes activity is reported accurately and timely in PetExpert’s veterinary CRM platform
- Support cross-departmental projects between marketing, sales and business operations.
- Maintain contacts and build relationships with the broader veterinary and pet industries
- Participation in veterinary congresses, trade fairs, and other external events as necessary
- Support business operations processing claims, addressing queries from clinics and helping to manage complaints.
Koho hledáme
- Extensive experience selling into veterinary clinics in the Czech Republic area, preference given to those with background in veterinary the profession, which includes veterinarians, veterinary nurses, or technicians.
- Track record in territory and account management
- Target orientated and the ability to demonstrate success in a previous fast-moving, high-energy sales environment
- Excellent communicator and presenter, able to deliver coherent, structured propositions to influence and secure commitment from target audiences
- Self-motivated and analytical, able to determine priorities, deliver to deadlines and adapt to changing business requirements
- Reliable, numerate and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Flexibility, adaptability and creativity to overcome challenges and roadblocks
- Home based with the ability to travel as the demands of the job dictate within the territory defined, which may change depending on business needs.
- Proficiency in Czech and English languages.
