- Develop and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Create compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals that align with brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI)
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies
Koho hledáme
- 4+ years of work experience in a Paid Ad role
- Experience Cryptocurrency/Blockchain
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Experience marketing crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, or fintech products
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools
- Experience running global marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with crypto ad compliance policies
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Level of studies: Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English
