Co budeš dělat
- Provide onsite IT support to end users (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, technology equipment, CCTV systems, and other technologies).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, perform monitoring, and provide local troubleshooting.
- Act as "smart hands" support for global IT teams (e.g., network and server teams).
- Provide remote support to ABB CZ users in cooperation with colleagues from the LRI team.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, manage IT documentation, and maintain hardware inventory records.
- Ensure meeting rooms and workstations remain fully operational (e.g., cable management, TV administration, AppSpace technology).
- Diagnose and maintain laptops, including physical cleaning before handover.
- Install and manage mobile devices (e.g., Intune) and deploy PowerApps.
- Resolve IT equipment issues and communicate with the global IT team.
- Assist colleagues with creating IT tickets and cooperate with the WiPro team during technology installations.
Koho hledáme
- Experience with onsite IT support and end-user support, both locally and remotely.
- Technical knowledge of hardware and software in operational and information technology environments, including Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra (user accounts, groups, permissions).
- Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and iOS), including application installation and management (e.g., Intune).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office, Microsoft 365) and the ability to troubleshoot user issues related to these tools.
- Understanding of networking technologies (LAN, Wi-Fi, basic troubleshooting).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, stay up to date with current IT trends, recommend new solutions, and work with AI tools.
- Communicative English at B2 level.
- Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new things.
- Team player who takes ownership of the condition of technologies and workspaces.
