- Take and coordinate in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, offering recommendations to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Accurately process orders and payments using Micros system.
- Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms while ensuring presentation and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support minibar refresh and amenity delivery.
Koho hledáme
- 1–2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage role.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
