Co budeš dělat
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and execute go-to-market and account strategies for the Discovery Solutions portfolio
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and HR procedures as required
Koho hledáme
- Master’s degree in science, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Prior leadership or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM, market analysis, and corporate policies (HR included)
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Home-based or within a commutable distance to the assigned area; willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Fluent in Swedish and English; Danish is a plus
