Co budeš dělat
- Lead and manage the Accounting Hub, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, with a focus on sub-ledger processes within Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting regulations
- Collaborate closely with Headquarter and other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Tax) to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Support audits and act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors
- Monitor performance metrics and service levels within the Shared Service Center environment
- Provide guidance on accounting topics including basic VAT (European value-added tax) matters
- Manage stakeholder relationships at local and international levels
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 15 - 20 employees
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development
- Drive change management initiatives within the Accounting Hub
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or a relevant qualification (in the field of accounting, tax, or similar)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Proven leadership experience, including managing teams of up to 15 -20 people
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP processes, particularly within sub-ledger accounting
- Basic understanding of European VAT regulations
- Familiarity with financial controls, reporting standards, and process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are a plus
