Co budeš dělat
- Monitor the technical condition of our production park during your shift and help ensure smooth operations by making minor adjustments as needed
- Take an active role in preventive maintenance and carefully document any changes
- Independently carry out equipment repairs based on customer requests and record your work professionally in SAP
- Handle repairs of faulty parts, contributing to our commitment to quality
- Keep your technical expertise up to date through ongoing training opportunities
- Update our spare parts lists, verify new components, and help us secure better suppliers
- Play a key part in setting up and accepting new equipment, collaborating with PT, TE, and PE teams, while consistently applying 5S principles
Koho hledáme
- Solid PC skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
- Possession of a valid category B driver’s license
- Certified compliance with Decree 194/2022 Sb., paragraph 6
- Previous experience operating or maintaining production equipment
- Willingness to work in shifts and demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and an independent work style
- Quick learner committed to ongoing professional development
- SAP or comparable ERP system experience is advantageous
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of quality

- Monthly salary ranging from CZK 35,000 to CZK 50,000, depending on shift model and individual performance
