ZF is establishing a new state-of-the-art distribution center in Ostrov, which will become a key logistics hub within our global supply chain. This facility integrates advanced automation, digital technologies, and data-driven logistics to enhance operational efficiency.
As a Logistic Process Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing SAP operations, leading a team, and delivering digital and automation solutions within logistics and warehouse processes. The role combines people management, delivery ownership, and technical expertise beyond standard SAP scope.
Co budeš dělat
- Manage SAP support model (1st & 2nd level) and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate incident management and collaborate with global teams
- Lead the team with full disciplinary responsibility
- Develop team capabilities (onboarding, training, mentoring)
- Define and optimize team structure, ways of working, processes, routines, and RASCI
- Own project portfolio management, including prioritization and resource allocation
- End-to-end ownership of projects and digital solutions beyond SAP
- Design and develop BI dashboards and analytical solutions
- Own and develop Miniload system operations
- Lead automation and digitalization initiatives locally
- Coordinate system integration (SAP, hardware, digital solutions)
- Communicate with technical partners (e.g. TGW, MHP)
- Set priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure reporting
- Own and coordinate Production IT security audits
- Ensure implementation of security and compliance measures
- Drive process improvements and organizational development initiatives
- Support definition of team structures and operating models
Koho hledáme
- University degree (IT, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field)
- Certifications in SAP, project management, or IT are an advantage
- Understanding of modern IT and digitalization trends in logistics is a plus
- Fluent English and Czech, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of SAP processes (logistics, warehouse, supply chain)
- Project management skills
- Analytical thinking and experience with data (BI, reporting)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing external vendors and partners
- Experience in team leadership and people development
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and results-oriented approach
