Join our team in Ostrava and take ownership of security across Central Europe and Germany. As Local Security Officer CEE & Germany, you will play a key role in implementing AXA Partners’ security strategy and strengthening information security, operational resilience, and physical security across multiple locations.
Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you will act as a trusted business partner, helping to protect our people, assets, and operations while supporting business growth through a risk-based security approach.
Co budeš dělat
- Partner with Group Security Governance, Regional Security Officers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality, and effectiveness of information security, operational resilience, and physical security controls.
- Support the implementation of the AXA Partners Group Security Strategy and ensure security considerations are embedded into business processes.
- Provide expert guidance to local entities on security policies, controls, shared services, and security improvement initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and manage security risks, recommending mitigation measures and ensuring compliance with Group requirements and regulations.
- Drive security governance and accountability by supporting security ownership, personnel security requirements, and security awareness initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement activities, including security audits, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and best-practice sharing.
- Monitor, manage, and escalate security incidents while ensuring appropriate reporting, assurance, and auditability.
- Prepare reports and present security matters to local, regional, and global governance committees.
- Foster a strong security culture and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across AXA Partners.
Koho hledáme
- Experience in information security, IT risk management, security auditing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of information security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, NIST, or SANS CSC.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISACA, or SANS/GIAC are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based mindset.
- Experience in security awareness, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic international environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Fluent English (C1 level) and fluent Czech or Polish language skills are required. German language skills are a plus.
- A degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
