Co budeš dělat
- Supervises booking, gives quotations on LCL import and export, handles entries, completes Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents.
- Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing.
- Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors.
- Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in Czech and English.
- Data processing and reports.
Koho hledáme
- We are looking for a quite round professional, with a good knowledge of the shipping industry, import and export, and the proper professional behaviour. Strong communication skills in Czech and English are instrumental for the role as you will talk and write with customers and internal stakeholders. Financial understanding is highly appreciated and you will have to ensure the costs and incomes are
Benefity
- Working hours range from 4 to 6 hours per day, or approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
- This is a fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.
