Co budeš dělat
- Supervises booking, gives quotations on LCL import and export, handles entries, completes Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents.
- Supervise the carrier booking transactions and follows the billing.
- Maintains relationships with Maersk offices at destination/origin, customers, and vendors.
- Offers assistance in the resolution of customers queries and issues, both in Czech and English.
- Data processing and reports.
Koho hledáme
- We are looking for a quite round professional, with a good knowledge of the shipping industry, import and export, and the proper professional behaviour.
- Strong communication skills in Czech and English are instrumental for the role as you will talk and write with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Financial understanding is highly appreciated and you will have to ensure the costs and incomes are captured in the systems.
- Detail orientation and hands-on approach will help you solve the daily operations.
Benefity
- Working hours range from 4 to 6 hours per day, or approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
- This is a fixed term contract with a possibility of extension.
