Co budeš dělat
- Responsible for end-to-end Project Management and execution of Language projects from initial brief, all the way through to client delivery, whilst adhering to established SLAs.
- Act as a main point of contact for clients throughout Language project lifecycle and build strong relationships with all stakeholders to effectively manage client expectations, address and troubleshoot concerns, and proactively identify solutions.
- Conduct post-project debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop cost estimates for Language projects using SME knowledge and experience and following established rate cards.
- Manage Language projects within agreed budgets and profit margin targets.
- Monitor and report on financial performance of projects, ensuring they meet profitability targets and provide insights for future forecasting.
- Handle billing processes and POs ensuring compliance with all financial procedures and policies.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in all aspects of Language Services: translation, transcreation, localization, cultural consultancy etc.
- Strong understanding of distinction between Translation and Transcreation services, and the importance of cultural nuances / sensitivities.
- As Languages SME, make recommendations and offer guidance to less experienced clients / colleagues for best practices in Language Services.
- Use Language SME knowledge to identify and propose language workflow optimizations for improved effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Support RFPs, pitches and client presentations by providing linguistic and cultural expertise.
- Manage and optimize language processes, workflows, and tools (including Translation Management System (TMS), Translation Memory (TM) management, Termbase / Glossary maintenance and AI-powered translation.
- Demonstrate specific key experience in TMS use and use this TMS knowledge to upskill peers / colleagues / clients.
- Use knowledge of AI-powered platforms / tools to supplement manual human efforts where possible – particularly with QC - and explore new AI applications to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to quality standards / LQA for linguistic excellence across all markets and content types.
- Act as Brand Guardian to ensure Brand Guidelines and QC Checklists / Procedures are followed accurately.
- Involvement in LAR and CAPA processes where necessary to identify quality challenges, root cause analysis and determine workable solutions.
- Maintain and update internal project trackers for regular reporting on statuses and performance metrics.
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with Production teams to ensure transcreated and localized content preserves the intent and tone of the original work.
