Co budeš dělat
- Manage and grow key OEM/Tier accounts through regular customer visits, proactive communication, and clear follow-up on opportunities
- Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads in key automotive segments (e.g., electrification, powertrain, chassis, thermal management)
- Own commercial execution: prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and pricing for new and existing business
- Act as the customer interface: capture needs, provide product/application guidance, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues
- Monitor market and competitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the business
Koho hledáme
- Technical background required (technical apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree)
- Strong knowledge of plastics, ideally engineering plastics and high-performance polymers
- Min. 3 years of industry experience in plastics processing / manufacturing, as a supplier / raw material provider, or distributor
- Able to support customers and colleagues on both technical and commercial topics, communicating and presenting clearly and concisely.
- Travel up to 80% of the time within Eastern Europe
- Proficiency in English and at least one of the following: Czech, Romanian, or Polish.
Benefity
- The Czech Republic annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: CZK 8885.560 to CZK 1.695.000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
