In our Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Ostrava we are supporting services for the worldwide Siemens companies and offer them our expertise. We prepare tenders, select suitable suppliers or file vendor data and contracts into different procurement tools.
Co budeš dělat
- Manage SAP authorization topics (e.g., request handling, role mapping)
- Support harmonization and standardization of authorization concepts
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation of test catalogs and coordination with stakeholders
- Assist in go-live preparation, including user role mapping
- Work independently with regular alignment with program lead
- Global Connections: Work with international teams and stakeholders across different regions, gaining valuable experience in global business processes and cross-cultural collaboration within our digital transformation initiatives.

- High attention to detail and reliability in managing complex authorization structures
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining excellent communication with team members
- Strong organizational and structuring skills with an analytical mindset
- Willingness to learn new technologies - no prior SAP or IT expertise required as comprehensive training is provided
- Basic process understanding is beneficial for quick adaptation
- Fluency in English is a must; good German skills (written and spoken) is a plus. Czech/Slovak language is also strongly preferred for team cooperation.
