Co budeš dělat
- Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans aligned with global and regional strategies.
- Own brand performance, monitoring sales, market share, profitability, and brand equity.
- Lead portfolio management, including innovation pipelines, product launches, and portfolio optimization (including delisting recommendations).
- Build business cases for innovations and ensure successful execution in collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
- Contribute to pricing and revenue growth strategies, balancing competitiveness and profitability.
- Define media and communication strategies and oversee implementation across consumer touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and investment plans to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Champion consumer and shopper insights, translating market trends into actionable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure strong execution and alignment through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Conduct regular trade visits across the Czech Republic and Slovakia to evaluate in-store execution, identify opportunities, and strengthen collaboration with key customers and sales teams.
- Lead social media communication across all platforms, building and strengthening the Algida brand through an engaging and consistent digital presence.
Koho hledáme
- University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Brand Management or Marketing (FMCG experience preferred); however, we are open to motivated candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS365; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
