Join our team as a Intern - Junior AP Accountant to join our Polish Cluster in Asahi Shared Service Center. To support the AP team with OCR and invoice booking processes
Purpose of the role:
You will support our AP and finance operations team while gaining hands-on experience in an international business environment. You will assist with processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily finance activities using SAP and other financial systems.
As this is a part-time position (20 hours per week)

- Assist with processing vendor invoices and payments in SAP.
- Support vendor and customer query resolution.
- Help maintain Vendor and Customer Master Data.
- Prepare and organize finance documentation and records.
- Support audit requests and process improvement activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team on daily operational tasks.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience with a solid understanding of AP processes.
- Fluency in English with strong professional communication skills is essential.
- Excel skills are required
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
