- As a JSS Specialist General Construction , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening the position of the MILWAUKEE® brand within the general construction segment in Prague.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to end users, translating hands-on product expertise into tangible business value and sales results, while working closely with distribution partners.
- Your role will focus on consultative selling , guiding customers through the full sales cycle-from identifying needs, recommending the right solutions, delivering product demonstrations, to closing deals and building long-term partnerships.
- Cover the Prague area , focusing on customers located within the city
- Actively acquire new customers through field-based prospecting and sales activities
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline (CRM)
- Collaborate closely with distribution partners
- Deliver on sales targets and quality KPIs
- Understand customer needs and analyze their workflows and applications
- Deliver professional, hands-on demonstrations of MILWAUKEE® solutions
- Recommend tailored solutions based on real customer use cases
- Clearly communicate business value (e.g., total cost of ownership, productivity, ergonomics)
- Provide training sessions for end users
- Build long-term relationships and expand cooperation with customers
- Participate in industry meetings, events, and trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Koho hledáme
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
- Experience in technical or construction-related industries is a strong advantage
- Proven experience working in a field-based sales role
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis
- English language skills are an advantage
