Co budeš dělat
- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
Koho hledáme
- Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
