We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business.
We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation.
Co budeš dělat
- Lead the help desk team: ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations
- Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
- Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding
- Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work
- Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues
- Support IT procurement and vendor coordination
- Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations
Koho hledáme
- Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
- Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience leading or running a help desk function
- Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
