- Responsible for obtaining renewal receipts from suppliers and verification of renewal receipts against payment orders.
- Monitor, track, and chase suppliers for outstanding renewal receipts.
- Responsible for timely obtaining renewal receipts from PTO websites and verification of renewal receipts against payment orders.
- Liaise with Payment Specialist to analyse potential discrepancies between payment order and renewal receipts and provide solution.
- Responsible for uploading renewal receipts to the respective record in renewal management system by adhering to specified document description.
- Manage and coordinate the dispatch of renewal receipts in a timely manner to customers by following the processing steps within the renewal operating system.
- Stay up to date with latest official fee schedules as well as country laws.
- Ensuring the highest level of care when working with customer data.
- Liaise with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Responsible for any other duties assigned and executed to the highest standard.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and take immediate action by reporting to your supervisor where risk is identified.

- A minimum of 1 year experience within the IP industry
- High-level attention to detail and excellent command of numbers and calculations.
- Understanding urgency and escalation procedure.
- Good communication skills.
