Co budeš dělat
- Commercial and contract law: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and supplier contracts, framework agreements, NDAs, statements of work, and related commercial documentation.
- Employment and labour law: supporting cross-border employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, including employment contracts, terminations, restructuring topics, and compliance-related questions.
- Liability and insurance topics: advising on liability exposure and supporting insurance-related legal matters where needed.
- Finance-related legal matters: providing legal input on business questions connected to finance, corporate structure, and commercial operations.
- External counsel coordination: working with outside counsel on specialist or complex matters and helping ensure advice is practical, clear, and proportionate.
- Risk and business support: identifying relevant legal risks while helping the business move forward with practical and commercially balanced solutions.
