The opportunity in the Prague office which covers CEE market is substantial, and to support our growth, we are looking to expand our team with Institutional Relationship Manager.

- As our new Institutional Relationship Manager based in Prague office, you will continuously develop your institutional client portfolio by delivering exceptional service and solutions to new clients, ensuring that their needs are met and by identifying new potential unmet needs.
- You will be available and open to sharing knowledge and providing clients with new potential strategies to expand their businesses through cooperation with Saxo Bank. With an in-depth understanding of Saxo Bank capabilities and each client's needs, you will be able to drive future growth to build sustainable and successful relationships based on win-win approach. - You will drive client growth through go-to-market plans in collaboration with key external and internal stakeholders. Handle upcoming and new incoming clients at a professional level so secure future growth of new business according to estimated expected revenue.

- As a person, you are passionate, results-driven, and entrepreneurial. You are a professional adept at creating trust and building lasting relationships, including with C-level counterparts. You take ownership and work in a structured manner to create and deliver on pipeline and cross-sell opportunities with clients. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Good understanding of the financial markets, preferably from a banking, brokerage, investment, business development, or tech background.
- Proven track record in Relationship Management within financial sector
- Good knowledge of capital markets
- Consultative/solution sales skills
- Knowledge of how to apply IT solutions to business challenges and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments is highly relevant.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or a related field.
