Serving as a first point of contact, the global HRdirect team consists of 90+ employees, processing HR queries from all SAP employees worldwide.

Co budeš dělat
- Handling HR questions via a ticketing system, email, chat and on the phone
- Researching answers in our Knowledge Database
- You will ensure the Database is up-to-date by collaborating with other HR teams
- In addition, you will have opportunities to get involved in various cross-functional HR projects including process and technical innovations such as robotics, automation, machine learning and chatbots
