We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Generalist who is ready to take over the current agenda from Germany to our Ostrava service center and build HR processes, structures, and standards almost from the ground up. Co budeš dělat
- Collaborating in setting up HR Operations processes (HR administration and payroll) in Ostrava service centre and reviewing existing ones
- Cooperating on HR Operations related projects and activities
- Managing HR administration activities, including onboarding, leavers, and employee data updates
- Preparing and maintaining HR documentation, employment contracts, and amendments
- Ensuring employee data accuracy within HR systems and supporting applications
- Responding to employee requests related to HR and occupational health services
- Monitoring deadlines for occupational health check-ups and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborating with payroll, benefits, and other HR teams to maintain data consistency
- Contributing to the development and review of HR processes, templates, and internal communication
- Supporting internal/external audits, internal controls, and ensuring data privacy and security in all HR activities
Koho hledáme
- Minimum secondary education.
- Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker) – daily cooperation
- Advanced knowledge of English (at least B2 level), and Polish/Czech is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, basic knowledge of Power BI is plus.
- Knowledge of the German Labour Code, familiarity with payroll legislation in DE, CZ, and PL is an advantage
- Over 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in matrix environments.
