Co budeš dělat
- Manage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
- Oversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
- Ensure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
- Conduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
- Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
- Conduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
- Support TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
- Participate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
Koho hledáme
- High Education
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as HR Generalist, HR BP, or People Partner
- Solid background in IT or tech companies (must-have)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical abilities
- Proactive, structured, and people-oriented mindset
- Genuine passion for HR and ability to balance empathy with business acumen
- Experience with AI tools will be a plus
