Co budeš dělat
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document their needs, create user stories and design documents
- Create prototypes to show customers before development begins
- Conduct demos of work completed by the development team and collect feedback
- Assist during UAT to ensure everything works as expected
- Train customers on new functionality and help them get comfortable with the system
- Assist with data imports and migrations
Koho hledáme
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
- Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments (not just one company or customer)
- Background working for smaller boutique agencies where you've juggled multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical understanding - whether that's from being a Salesforce admin, developer, or consultant
- Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport
- Ability to create documentation like user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams
Benefity
- $5,000-7,000 per month* based on experience and skill level. Exceptional candidates may be offered above the stated range.
- Full-time & fully remote
