Co budeš dělat
- You will be responsible for supporting and coaching a Player Services Agile Release Train (ART), steering it to success and navigating through complexity of delivering software in large, cross-functional environments.
- You will help resolve and escalate impediments, manage risk, help assure value delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
- As a Group Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of value throughout the ART.
- Acting as Scrum Master for teams in specific vertical, you will set up and maintain scrum principles, ceremonies and reporting and help the teams remove impediments and improve.
- Serve as Chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART), owning delivery processes and acting as escalation point for delivery execution, process, roles, risks, and impediments.
- Organize and facilitate scaled Agile events: PI planning, ART sync, Show & Tell (System Demo), Inspect & Adapt (PI System Demo, PI Retrospective).
- Monitor, optimize, and challenge the performance of all agile teams in the ART, applying Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles. Master methodologies and tools (JIRA, Big Picture, Confluence) and act as advisor to teams.
- Actively contribute to communities of practice and company-wide productivity/culture improvement. Advocate for Agile and SAFe best practices across the organization.
- Establish and communicate annual calendars for iterations and PI Planning sessions.
- Coach teams to become cross-functional and autonomous.
- Drive continuous improvement using feedback and delivery metrics. Manage change to the ART’s way of work and the impacts of those changes.

- You should have experience in:
Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Big Picture, Confluence).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps practices.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment.
- Experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale deliveries.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal (at least C1)
