- Proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with strong interest in sales operations and commercial environment

- Sales Performance & Execution Supports tracking and reporting of sales performance, including pipeline, revenue, and other KPIs Contributes to forecasting activities and sales reviews by ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- CRM & Data Management Maintains and updates CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring high standards of data integrity and reliability Develops reports and dashboards to support decision-making by Sales teams Ensures customer and account data are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Customer & Account Support Supports in the preparation of customer-facing materials and insights for meetings (e.g. QBRs, executive briefings) Supports account analysis including performance tracking, growth opportunities, and risk identification Provides operational support to Account Managers across the sales lifecycle
- Business Planning & Governance Supports preparation and tracking of: Account Development Plans (ADPs) Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Sales targets and performance plans Tracks actions and ensures follow-up across governance forums
- Commercial Development Exposure Participates in internal sales strategy discussions and selected customer interactions Supports deal preparation and commercial activities Progressively develops ownership of defined tasks or small opportunities, in line with development plan

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM As part of the Northern Europe (NEU) Sales team, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial organization across the Nordics, UK and Ireland. Working closely with Account Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing and other cross-functional teams, you will help drive sales effectiveness, business planning and customer engagement activities across a diverse portfolio of airport, airline and government customers. This graduate position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aviation technology industry while developing a broad understanding of sales operations, account management and strategic customer engagement.
