Co budeš dělat
- Manage the Personal Income Tax compliance processes for our current customers while coordinating the complex tax agenda with our internal and external partners
- Cooperate with commercial project managers, local HR partners and tax providers
- Evaluate new concepts/ process changes/ internal regulations of other departments that might have impact on Personal Income Tax compliance topics
- Deliver correct data and documents for further tax processing, ensuring that inputs are provided in line with stipulated cut-off dates and deadlines
- Manage and coordinate payments of taxes towards the tax authorities globally
- Prepare reports, analyze data and track global mobility tax compliance status
- Maintain completeness and accuracy of internal tools
- Work with other tax colleagues and case managers to continuously review the effectiveness of operational processes and make improvements
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
