The Process Excellence Lead is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and driving the continuous improvement and transformation agenda across the R2R Finance Centre of Excellence. The role combines deep process expertise with change management capability, enabling the five GL teams to operate at the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
You will manage a small team — including a Citizen Developer and Process & Controls Specialist — and work collaboratively with the Finance GL Leads and team leads to identify opportunities, build business cases, and embed lasting improvements across a multi-country, multi-ERP environment.

- Lead the continuous improvement agenda across the R2R (GL) function, connecting local team priorities with the broader finance transformation programme
- Review end-to-end R2R processes to identify improvement opportunities and drive prioritised change initiatives
- Develop and maintain a clear R2R process roadmap, aligned with Finance CoE strategy and business priorities
- Build compelling business cases for process improvements, quantifying value and cost impact
- Drive the design and implementation of process standards and controls, ensuring alignment with audit and compliance requirements
- Partner closely with stakeholders to embed scalable, compliant, and efficient processes across a multi-country environment
- Support the integration of new statutory and compliance requirements (e.g. VAT, reporting) as the function evolves
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (P2P, O2C, Master Data, Group Finance) to improve end-to-end process alignment
- Act as a key ambassador for process excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and transparency
- Work with technical counterparts to identify and deliver automation and data-driven improvements (e.g. dashboards, RPA, AI)
- Ensure technology initiatives are grounded in real process needs and business value
- Lead and develop a small team, including a Process & Controls Specialist, Data Analyst, and Citizen Developer / Automation Specialist
- Coach stakeholders and team members on process improvement mindset and best practice
Koho hledáme
- 7–10 years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or transformation roles — ideally within a Shared Services or Centre of Excellence environment
- Proven track record of leading or facilitating continuous process improvement or transformation programmes across multiple geographies
- Demonstrable experience in change management — you understand how to bring people with you, not just redesign processes on paper
- Hands-on familiarity with process design methodologies: design thinking, agile, Lean, or similar frameworks
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills — you can run a workshop, present to leadership, and build trust with operational teams
- Strong understanding of R2R processes including GL accounting, period-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial controls is advantageous
- Experience working across multicultural, multi-location teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
