As a Global IT Process Consultant in the field of Supply Chain Management, you will act as a key link between stakeholders within the SCM organization and the IT operations and software development teams. Your focus will be on governing SAP-based SCM processes, including analyzing existing workflows and developing new or enhanced solutions in close collaboration with global business process experts and programming specialists. You will support worldwide process rollouts and ensure consistency across global operations. In addition, you will deliver training for key users and provide 2nd level support, including request and incident management. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global SCM processes.
Co budeš dělat
- Supporting and assisting key users within the SCM organization in their daily business activities
- Contributing to SAP roll-out and implementation projects to ensure stable system operations and successful handover to SCM departments
- Coordinating SAP change management processes in alignment with software development teams
- Analyzing existing SCM processes and supporting the development and improvement of SAP-based solutions
- Providing 2nd level support, including handling requests and incident management
Koho hledáme
- Several years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SCM, PP/DS, and MM
- Proven expertise in demand planning, MRP, production scheduling, and S&OP
- Experience in international SAP implementation projects (including mergers and acquisitions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
- Languages: English – fluent
