Graduate Program Position – Global Digital Experience Graduate

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in other places in Europe while learning about our business and the organization!
If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, (digital) marketing and communications, or any related interdisciplinary field of digital transformation or experience design (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!
The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in September 2026, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract.
We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in the country where you are recruited, and then relocate for your first placement in Stockholm, Sweden for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in Prague, Czeck Republic. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings.
The role is based in the central divisional e-business and CX team, with rotations in both a local market and Group functions. It is a broad digital experience role where you will work at the intersection of e-business, digital marketing, digital communications and customer experience, gaining hands-on experience across multiple channels and platforms.
Co budeš dělat
- support the alignment of digital customer experiences across web, e-commerce, marketing and communication channels
- conduct audits of digital journeys and touchpoints to identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
- collaborate with global and local teams to ensure consistent messaging, content and user experiences across markets
- contribute to data and analytics improvements to monitor digital performance and support data-driven improvements
- support optimization through SEO, AIO and digital best practices
- help drive transparency and knowledge sharing across teams to reduce silos and improve ways of working
- stay up to date on trends in digital experience, marketing technology and AI to bring new ideas into the team
