We’re seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships, drive business development, and manage key projects to ensure the agency’s continued success and growth.

- Ensure measurable client satisfaction and deliver innovative production solutions.
- Drive business development across Havas and Prose on Pixels, identifying opportunities within existing clients and new prospects.
- Generate significant revenue growth through competitive, insight-driven proposals rooted in production excellence and compelling pitches.
- Enhance operational frameworks internally, empowering teams to execute efficiently across markets.
- Improve workflows, resource allocation, and coordination to boost quality and speed for complex, multi-market projects.
- Ensure strong financial management for your portfolio, including forecasting and reporting.
- Contribute to growth targets and participate in leadership discussions on business performance, innovation, and client strategy.
- Articulate the value of integrated, scalable solutions to senior stakeholders, leveraging deep production knowledge and emerging tech expertise.

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as an Account Manager, specifically within an advertising agency, production company, or a direct competitor.
- Client Management: Proven track record in managing direct client relationships, demonstrating strong basic account management capabilities, fostering partnerships, and driving account growth for global accounts.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in leading pitches, developing compelling proposals, and contributing to new business acquisitions.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional presentation skills, including a proven ability to strategically put together compelling decks (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides), articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively to build trust with clients.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills are a significant plus, with French being particularly advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of content production, localization, and digital marketing strategies in a global context.
- Leadership: Experience in overseeing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across different markets.
- Personal Attributes: High energy and a proactive attitude, coupled with a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
