- Supply Assurance & Escalation Leadership Manage complex, high-impact supply escalations requiring cross-functional coordination Drive resolution of supply constraints across suppliers, GSS, and internal teams Deliver improved supply outcomes aligned to customer requirements Support complex case management and escalation governance
- Supplier Management & Strategic Engagement Manage supplier performance against KPIs and contractual expectations Lead supplier engagement at senior levels Drive supply base optimization and long-term supply management Influence supplier behavior and alignment to forecast and demand signals Support supplier development and strategic initiatives
- KPI Ownership & Performance Management Define and manage supply assurance scorecards and metrics Monitor and improve key KPIs including: Backorder performance Lead time attainment Turnaround time Forecast accuracy Pipeline risk Consolidate performance reporting and generate executive summaries
