- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and utilize systems to deliver high-quality support.
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in automotive customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid assistance for relocation.
