At Falck, we are looking for a Finance & Performance Partner to join our Global Performance & Financial Management team. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a key link between the business and Executive Management, helping translate priorities, insights, and recommendations into clear actions across the organisation.
You will play an important role in how we plan, coordinate, and support performance management at Falck. The team is a central contributor to the decision-making process for Executive Management and the Board of Directors, and you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company.

Performance & Financial Management acts as the key interface between the business, Global Finance, and Executive Management, ensuring that important developments, priorities, and performance insights are brought into the decision-making process.

The team plays a key role in the overall performance management in Falck and serves as an important link between the various Regions in Falck, Global Finance, and Executive Management. In addition, the team helps ensure that what is happening in the business is clearly translated and communicated to Executive Management in a way that supports action and decision-making.

Co budeš dělat
- Prepare clear, concise, and insightful decision material and recommendations for Executive Management
- Facilitate the monthly reporting process for performance reporting to Executive Management and the Board of Directors
- Drive the annual SBTi/CSRD environmental target-setting process, working closely with relevant stakeholders across the business
- Lead the annual capital allocation process and ensure strong coordination across the organisation
- Co-drive our digital reporting ambition and help improve how we work with data and reporting
- Support group cost management activities, for example Global IT costs and other corporate initiatives
- Lead ad hoc projects and analyses, such as cost development, working capital management, and other key business topics
Koho hledáme
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar role in a large international company, investment banking, management consulting, or a business-facing finance role
- A good understanding of corporate finance and financial planning disciplines, including target setting, forecasting, and capital allocation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured approach and solid financial modelling capabilities
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect input from the business with strategic and operational priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear and compelling way
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively across levels and cultures
- High integrity and discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of SBTi target setting and CSRD is an advantage, but not a requirement
- A master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, with strong academic results
- Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages
