As an Enterprise Account Manager at Honeywell Productivity Solutions and Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the Industrial technology and logistic sector. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans and driving revenue growth through exceptional service and market analysis. All while driving the adoption of innovative solutions.
Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

Co budeš dělat
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, acquiring and developing relationships with existing clients as well as searching for new market opportunities.
- Focus on solutions scope, like Software as a Service solutions, focus on strategic verticals, like: distribution centers, transportation & logistics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage the overall relationship, understand client’s needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market expectations, participate in product development discussions to provide customer insights and feedback.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of selling technology(HW, SW). Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the industrial technology market and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively.
- Fluent English, Czech and Slovak
