- In the Data Management team, you’ll build the foundation that supports accurate reporting, informed decisions, and operational excellence across the organization.
- You’ll work on maintaining and improving data quality, ensuring consistency across systems, and helping to develop smarter, more efficient processes for handling data.
- You’ll contribute to tools, workflows, and documentation that make data easier to access, manage, and trust.
- You’ll also help build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement - collaborating with stakeholders from various teams, understanding their data needs, and ensuring we deliver reliable, actionable information.
- Your work will support key business areas, from workforce planning to finance and operations.
- Over time, you'll gain a deep understanding of data flows, governance, and strategy, becoming a go-to expert in your domain.
