Co budeš dělat
- Develop and manage your portfolio of B2C installers, assemblers, and Somfy Experts.
- Identify and acquire new customers across Serbia.
- Implement annual sales & marketing plans aligned with Somfy’s brand strategy.
- Increase direct sales and stimulate indirect sales through partners and distributors.
- Promote Somfy’s shading automation, smart home systems, and access solutions with strong technical and commercial arguments.
- Manage and expand the Somfy Expert network, ensuring high brand visibility.
- Deliver product presentations, local training, and technical demonstrations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms with customers.
- Analyze results and report on portfolio performance, proposing concrete actions.
- Ensure strong field presence, targeting approx. 4 customer visits per day.
Koho hledáme
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and sales reporting.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing and customer service teams.
- Fluent Czech and communicative English (written & spoken).
- Category B driving license for daily customer visits.
- Strong interest in home automation, smart home technology, and shading solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Higher education in sales/marketing is an advantage.
- Proactive, motivated, and positive mindset.
