- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA in HR, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead, guide, and coordinate a Digital Project Analyst to deliver project outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Workday, and/or Salesforce (SFDC), and/or ServiceNow system enhancements and digital workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation and digitalization initiatives in HR contexts.
