Co budeš dělat
- The individual in this position will contribute to the electrical design of rail air conditioning units, including communication and controls systems.
- Responsibilities will include designing air conditioning controls according to customer requirements with focus on programming and testing the control system, clarifying control specifications, supporting product testing and approval, preparing and creating technical documentation, and addressing technical inquiries from both external and internal customers.
- Develop and maintain embedded software of HVAC unit based on defined requirements.
- Conduct software tests according to established procedures.
- Define software documentation including software requirements, test procedures, and manuals.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Participate in software tests at customer site (integration tests of HVAC software with train software)
- Ensure products and controls meet customer specifications
- Respect all internal cyber security procedures and guidelines during HVAC system development.
- Collaborate on Reliability and Safety analyses with focus on diagnostic and warning reporting
- Oversee the preparation and production of prototypes.
- Participate in the HVAC Type testing with focus on software and HVAC functionality, including final system validation at customer sites.
- Provide support to other departments within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Koho hledáme
- High school or university education with experience of min. 3 years (electrical / computer technology)
- Knowledge of MS Office expected
- Good knowledge of PC settings (Ethernet, development tools)
- Czech and English required
- Other language is an advantage
- Experience with C or C++ or C#. Net programming, preferably for embedded devices
- Orientation in Linux or Linux-based embedded systems
