Mission
As an Ecommerce Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global Custom Software Solutions team, contributing to the development of PPG’s Digital Commerce backbone. You will be responsible for identifying, defining, and documenting business and stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions while supporting agile delivery practices.

- Analyze product owner feedback to create user stories and detailed requirements for the development team.
- Define and document clear acceptance criteria to ensure shared understanding across stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with SQAs to review test cases and validate results.
- Work with development teams following Agile and Scrum principles to ensure consistent delivery.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and decision-making tasks.
- Apply problem-solving skills to evaluate multiple approaches and identify feasible solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, improvements, and enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain project documentation and workflows using Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the BA community.
Koho hledáme
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in ecommerce and web development environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English
