- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies promptly and accurately.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective solutions and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company products and industry developments to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Koho hledáme
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or related support roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations proactively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining teamwork and collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a paid relocation package included.
